Personal Courier Policy – India to Global (Home/Shop Pickup)
These policies apply when customers use our platform to send personal shipments from anywhere in India to destinations worldwide, with pickup from home or shop.
Quick Summary (Personal Courier Policy)
- Pickup days and times depend on pin code and partner availability.
- First leg is Domestic transport to our export hub then we repack into standard international boxes and dispatch abroad.
- Packaging charges for specific big items will be billed separately.
- No guarantee against damage while Domestic transport to our export hub.
- Restricted items found at destination will be returned at customer’s expense.
1) Pickup from Home/Shop
- Pickup Window: pickup will be done within 1–2 business days from booking confirmation and successful payment/KYC.
- Pickup Attempts: One free attempt is included. Missed pickups due to inaccessibility or no‑show may incur a reattempt fee.
- Availability: Pickup days and times depend on pin code and partner availability; holidays may extend timelines.
2) Packaging Policy
- Before Pickup (Domestic Leg): You must pack items safely and fix label on box for road transit to our hub. Use a sturdy outer box/bag and internal cushioning. Declare any fragile items.
- At Our Hub (International Leg): We repack into standard export‑grade cartons as per international norms free of cost. Box size may change to optimize protection and dimensional weight.
- Special Packaging Charges: Items like wooden temples, marble statues, racks, or other fragile/heavy goods may require additional protective packaging (Thermocol sheet, wooden crates, extra cushioning, or custom packing materials). Packaging charges for such items will be billed separately.
3) Liability for Loss/Damage
- No Guarantee for Damage: While we handle parcels with care, we do not guarantee against damage, especially for fragile, liquid, glass, electronic, or poorly packed items.
- Limited Liability: Carrier liability is limited per the selected service terms and does not cover consequential losses.
- Insurance: Optional shipment insurance is available and strongly recommended for fragile or high‑value contents. Coverage and exclusions apply.
4) Prohibited & Restricted Contents
- Prohibited: Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks; illegal drugs; currency/cash; live animals; human/biological samples; hazardous/dangerous goods not declared; counterfeit goods; pornography where prohibited may lead to legal action against sender/customer.
- Restricted (Pre‑Approval required): Lithium batteries/power banks; perfumes/aerosols; alcohol/tobacco; medicines; food/perishables; magnets; high‑value jewellery/watches/cameras, imitation and oxidize jewellery, wooden items, liquid items. Documents such as MSDS, prescriptions, or permits may be required.
- Restricted item’s policy: If restricted items are found in your shipment as per the destination country’s regulations, we will return the restricted items to the sender’s return address. Restricted items found at destination will be returned at customer’s expense.
5) Returns & Cancellations
- Before Pickup: You may cancel order and non‑recoverable processing fees may apply.
- After Pickup/Hub Receipt: Cancellation/return is subject to service stage and recoverable costs (Return domestic shipping cost apply).
