How we use information to coordinate shopping, pickup, international shipping, payment and support.

Policy version 2026-09-15.1

Scope & information collected

  • This policy covers TryyCart services on tryycart.com. Personal information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. Recipient and sender information must be provided with appropriate authority.
  • We collect information supplied for accounts, product requests, bookings, pickup and delivery: names, contact details, addresses, parcel descriptions, values, measurements, documents, transaction references and support messages.
  • We receive relevant status information from payment, retailer, logistics and support providers. Device/browser details, IP address, session identifiers and error logs may be processed to operate and secure the website. Optional sign-in or other third-party features provide data only when used.

Why information is used

  • We use necessary information to provide quotes, manage carts and orders, coordinate purchases and pickups, prepare shipping/customs records, process payments and refunds, provide tracking and respond to support requests.
  • Information also supports fraud prevention, security, service improvement, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Identity/KYC or prescription documents are requested only where relevant to the shipment or required checks.
  • We do not treat acceptance of shipping terms as permission for unrelated marketing. Optional marketing is subject to applicable consent requirements and can be unsubscribed from; essential transaction and security messages may still be sent.

Sharing & international processing

  • Necessary information is shared with providers involved in the requested service, such as retailers, warehouses, carriers, customs/clearance partners, payment processors, hosting and support providers. We do not sell personal information.
  • Data may also be disclosed where lawfully required, to prevent fraud or protect rights, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
  • Cross-border fulfilment means relevant information may be processed in India, the destination country or a service provider’s operating location. Applicable transfer safeguards are used where required; laws and protections may differ.

Payments, cookies & third-party services

  • Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices. Do not send card details, account passwords or retailer login credentials through product links or support messages.
  • Cookies and browser storage support sessions, carts, saved preferences and security. Blocking essential storage can prevent these features from working. Non-essential analytics or advertising, if enabled, are subject to applicable consent requirements.
  • External retailer, carrier or other linked sites have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. This policy does not represent that every possible analytics, social-login or advertising feature is installed.

Retention & security

  • We retain information only as needed for the stated service purposes, records, disputes, fraud prevention and applicable legal duties. Closing an account does not necessarily remove records that must be retained. Unneeded information is deleted or anonymized through applicable retention processes.
  • We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We handle incidents and required notifications under applicable law.

Your choices & requests

  • Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful retention or processing limits.
  • Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may affect services requiring that information. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing without cancelling necessary order updates.
  • Use account tools where available to update your details. Do not send identity documents until support explains what is required and how to submit them.

Children, updates & contact

  • The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact support if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
  • We identify revisions by policy version and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Continuing to browse does not automatically supply every consent that law requires.
  • For privacy questions, rights requests or grievances, email the support contact below with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will route the request to the responsible team.
