These policies govern orders you place on our website for products sourced from E-Commerce Website (Amazon). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Pricing & Currency
- Price at Time of Order: The price of a product listed on an e‑commerce website (including Amazon) may change frequently. Your payable product price is calculated based on the price available at the time we place the order on your behalf. If the listed price changes before we purchase, we will notify you for confirmation when the change is material.
- Price Adjustments: Promotional codes, coupons, or cashbacks available directly on E-Commerce Website (Amazon) are not guaranteed to apply to your order at the moment we place your order.
- Inclusions/Exclusions: Our product price excludes shipping, insurance, duties, customs clearance, last‑mile fees, and any third‑party charges. These will be shown separately where applicable.
2. Availability & Substitutions
- Availability: All items are subject to seller/marketplace availability. If any item goes out of stock or the seller cancels, your order items may be cancelled and refunded. We do not offer substitutions without your consent.
3. Shipping Weight & Dimensions
- Variation on Weight & Size: Weight and size may vary between the product listing on E-commerce/Marketplace and the physical/actual shipment. The weight and size that are considered at the time of dispatch (as measured/confirmed by our warehouse or the carrier) will be used to calculate shipping charges.
4. Prohibited & Restricted Goods
- We follow carrier and destination country regulations. Orders containing restricted or prohibited items may be cancelled and refunded.
- You are responsible for ensuring your items are allowed in the destination country/state.
5. Cancellations
- Before Purchase on Amazon: You may request cancellation; if we have not yet placed the Amazon order, we will cancel and issue a refund minus any non‑recoverable processing fees.
- After Purchase on Amazon: Once we have placed the Amazon order, cancellation is subject to Amazon’s and the seller’s policies. Any approved cancellation will be refunded after deducting any costs we cannot recover (including return shipping, restocking, and payment processing fees).
