E-Commerce, Personal Courier, or E-Store — pick one depending on where your item comes from.

Add to cart & checkout
Review items, select shipping, pay securely. You have a 12-hour cancellation window.

Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed (2–4 days), consolidated, labelled and handed to the carrier.

Track & receive
Track shipments online. Report any damaged goods within 2 days of delivery.
Order flow & policies
Cancellation window
You have 12 hours after placing an order to cancel without penalty. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be modified.
No returns after dispatch
Orders dispatched from our warehouse cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged — unless the product is damaged or defective. Report issues within 2 days.
Processing times
Processing & procuring typically takes 2–4 days depending on product availability and supplier.
International packaging
Items are consolidated and repacked to meet international courier standards. Oversized orders may be split into multiple parcels.

E-Commerce website

Copy the product URL from the marketplace, paste it into our product purchase form and confirm product details. Add more items and click Add to Cart.
Personal Courier
We pick up from your home or shop in India. Fill package details (qty, weight, dimensions) and choose a pickup date. Pickup in 1–2 business days.
E-Store
Browse our e-store, select items, add to cart and checkout. We will consolidate and ship as per the selected shipping method.
