International Shipping Policies
These policies govern international shipping for three types of orders handled on our platform: E‑Commerce Orders, Personal Courier Orders, and E-Shop (Marketplace) Orders. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

- Shipping charges based on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).
- Packaging may incur extra charges for fragile or heavy goods.
- For electronic items a clearance fee of ₹1000 per box will be applied.
- For Imitation Jewellery a clearance fee of ₹700 per box will be applied
- For wooden items a clearance fee of ₹500 per box will be applied
- Custom clearance and duties charges may apply at destination country.
- No guarantee against damage of any items.
- Items are non‑returnable once shipped from our export hub.
- Restricted items found at our export hub will be returned at customer’s expense.
- Delivery timelines depend on carrier and customs clearance.
1) Weight, Dimensions & Volumetric Policy
- Measurement Basis: All shipments are billed based on Chargeable Weight means greater of actual weight or dimensional weight.
- Size Limits: Each carrier has specific size restrictions. Oversized items may incur surcharges or be refused.
- Final Confirmation: Weight and dimensions are confirmed at our dispatch hub. Any differences from estimated booking weight will be adjusted (shortfall billed or excess refunded).
2) Packaging Policy
- Standard Packaging: All shipments are repacked into export‑grade cartons at our export hub to comply with international standards.
- Special Packaging Charges: Fragile/heavy goods (e.g., wooden temples, statues, racks) may require wooden crates or reinforced boxes. Additional packaging charges may apply.
3) Customs, Duties & Compliance
- Electronic Items: A clearance fee of ₹1000 per box will be applied at origin country.
- Imitation Jewellery: A clearance fee of ₹700 per box will be applied at origin country
- Wooden Items: A clearance fee of ₹500 per box will be applied at origin country
- Destination Custom clearance Charges: International shipments are subject to the destination country’s customs rules. Duties, taxes, and import fees are payable by the receiver unless otherwise stated.
4) Prohibited & Restricted Goods
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, cash, live animals, hazardous goods, counterfeit products, and other items restricted by law.
- Restricted Items: Lithium batteries, perfumes, medicines, alcohol, food, and high‑value goods may be shipped only with prior approval and required documents.
- Destination Restrictions: If a shipment contains restricted items under destination country rules, it may be returned to sender at customer’s cost, including return freight, storage, or disposal fees.
5) Damage & Non‑Returnable Content
- Damage Disclaimer: While we take utmost care, we do not guarantee against damage, especially for fragile items (glass, ceramics, liquids, electronics, wooden artifacts, statues, etc.).
- Non‑Returnable Items: Items are non‑returnable once shipped from our export hub (e.g., food, medicines, fragile goods, custom‑made items, hygiene‑sensitive items, or goods restricted by carriers/destination country due to high shipping cost and a time).
6) Delivery & Timelines
- Estimated Transit Time: Shipping time may depend upon which service you have choose, but this may vary by destination, carrier, and customs clearance.
- Delays: Customs inspections, airline issues, or external factors (weather, strikes, and regulatory actions) may cause delays beyond our control.
7) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts
- Customers must provide complete and accurate consignee information.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, refusal, or absence may lead to extra redelivery/return charges.
