Short answers to the questions that matter before you hand over a packed shipment.

How is the shipping weight calculated?

TryyCart compares actual and volumetric weight, applies the configured export-packing allowance, and rates the shipment on the higher verified result rounded upward to the next whole kilogram.

How does the pickup PIN check work?

The six-digit India PIN is checked against the active Rate Manager pickup directory. The server checks it again before creating the courier booking.

Is the declared value added to my shipping charge?

No. The declared value is retained for customs and shipment records; it is not added as merchandise or shipping revenue.

Can I send more than one package?

Yes. Add each differently packed box or bag as its own package, or duplicate an identical package and review every measurement before cart and checkout.

When is the final courier price confirmed?

The side estimate uses the current published routes for planning. Cart and checkout keep the saved package data and perform the protected final route and price review.

International courier from India: before you book

Sending a parcel already in India? Use Book a Courier for personal shipments with home or shop pickup, subject to your pickup pin code and carrier availability. If you still need to buy the items, use Order from India instead.

What information do I need to send a parcel?

Prepare the pickup and delivery addresses, a clear list of contents, the declared value, and each packed box’s weight and dimensions. Declared value describes the contents for customs; it is not the courier charge. Review the restricted-item rules before booking.

How are international courier charges calculated?

Shipping uses chargeable weight: the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. The destination, selected service and any applicable fees also affect the total. Compare international shipping estimates, then review the final checkout breakdown. Hub measurements may change the booking estimate.

What happens after pickup?

Your parcel first travels within India to the export hub for checks and packing before international dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the selected service, destination and customs clearance.
