Using TryyCart

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. Provide accurate contact, order, sender and recipient details and use our services lawfully. Guest access is available where offered; saved-account features require sign-in.
These terms work with the Personal Courier, Order from India, International Shipping, Restricted Items, Privacy and Returns policies and the specific order confirmation. Mandatory law takes precedence. A specific disclosed service term governs that service where consistent with applicable law.

TryyCart offers shopping and coordination of procurement, pickup, packing and shipping. Availability depends on the retailer, carrier, route and destination. An estimate or cart entry is not an unconditional promise of acceptance.
Review the goods, destination, selected service, fees, taxes and payment currency before paying. You authorize the confirmed amount; material additional costs require explanation and confirmation as appropriate.
For assisted purchases, retailer price and availability are checked when we buy. No product substitution is made without consent. Courier customs values describe the contents and are not product-sale charges.

Declare contents, values and documents accurately and obtain any required permissions to send recipient information. You must not submit prohibited or concealed restricted goods, false documents or fraudulent payments.
Keep account credentials secure and report suspected misuse. Do not disrupt the platform, bypass security controls, misuse personal data or infringe intellectual-property rights.
We may inspect, refuse or hold shipments where necessary for safety or compliance and may suspend misuse of the service. We explain available next steps where lawful.

Carrier and seller conditions may apply where disclosed. They do not override mandatory rights against TryyCart. We do not exclude responsibility or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

TryyCart and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original branding and content. You may use the site to review services and manage your own orders. Commercial reuse of protected material requires permission or another lawful basis.
Retailer and carrier links lead to third-party services with their own terms. We correct identified errors where practicable; availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
If you submit a review, image or other content, ensure you have the rights to share it. You permit us to use that content to provide the requested service or display the submitted review; this does not transfer ownership.

The Privacy Policy describes data handling and choices. Agreement to service terms is not consent to optional marketing.
Policy changes are identified by a revised version. The terms accepted for an order remain its record; material changes are not silently applied retrospectively. Additional consent is requested where required.
Contact support with your order number and concern to request a review. Applicable consumer protections and access to competent authorities or courts are not excluded. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed by this text.
