Which weight should I enter?

Compare the actual scale weight with volumetric weight, which reflects the space a packed box occupies. Use the higher result as directed by the calculator. A lightweight but bulky parcel can cost more than its scale weight suggests. Final measurements are verified before dispatch.

Why can courier prices change by destination?

The destination zone, postal code, parcel size, chargeable weight and selected service affect eligibility and price. Compare the final displayed estimate and delivery window instead of relying on a single price per kilogram. Special handling or destination charges may apply.

Does an estimate guarantee delivery or include every duty?

No. Rates and transit times are estimates. Check whether the service includes destination duties, review the checkout breakdown and confirm that your contents are permitted. Customs checks can affect delivery timing.

How do I check courier charges from India to Canada?

Select Canada, choose the destination province and enter the postal code. Add the parcel’s chargeable weight and number of pieces, then select Check rates. Compare the available services by quoted price, estimated delivery time and duty terms. Availability depends on the destination and parcel; a quote does not confirm that every type of item can be shipped.

How do I calculate volumetric weight in kilograms?

For the formula shown on this page, multiply packed length × width × height in centimetres and divide by 5,000. A 40 × 30 × 25 cm parcel has a volumetric weight of 6 kg. If its scale weight is 4 kg, the higher weight is 6 kg; if its scale weight is 8 kg, the higher weight is 8 kg. The selected carrier’s rules and final packed measurements control the shipping charge.
