Your journey, step by step

Choose a service. Start with the option you need. You can begin Order from India and Book a Courier without signing in; sign in to use saved addresses.
Add accurate details. Review your products or parcels, destination and applicable policies before adding them to your cart.
Prepare in India. Eligible items arrive at the India hub for checking and packing. Ask about combining eligible purchases and personal parcels.
Review costs and delivery. Compare service, price, estimated delivery time and duties information. Verified packed measurements determine final shipping charges.
Follow your shipment. Check order and tracking updates through your account. Contact support with your order number if you need help.

Review your price before payment

1. Check what is included

Review your products or services, selected shipping option, amount due and payment currency. Applicable standard fees included in the confirmed price are not charged again.

2. Understand the estimate

Shipping estimates use the details available when you book. Final packed weight and dimensions determine the applicable shipping charge. Special packing may need a separate confirmed charge.

3. Review any adjustment

We explain material additional costs and seek confirmation as appropriate before purchase or dispatch. Destination duties and taxes are separate unless your selected service expressly includes them.

Before you book

Shipping uses the higher of actual and volumetric weight. Packing and the applicable rate band can affect the final charge. Delivery dates are estimates.

Liquids are not accepted in standard bookings. Ask support before purchase or pickup if an item needs review. Review restricted items and returns and refunds before purchasing or sending a parcel.
